Jason Bukich

With nearly four decades of experience in Martial Arts, Jason Bukich has dedicated his career to empowering students. As a 3rd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and former professional Mixed Martial Arts athlete, Jason's passion for teaching began in 2006. He holds a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine, blending extensive knowledge with hands-on instruction.

As a father of five children, Jason was inspired to create The Dojo to provide a holistic enrichment experience tailored to the lessons he wishes to impart to his own children. Drawing from his personal experiences as a chess champion in middle school, Jason aims to ignite a passion for strategic thinking in his students, as well as practical self-defense skills through Martial Arts.

Under Jason's guidance, The Dojo focuses on cultivating self-discipline, confidence, and essential life skills. He believes in meeting each student at their unique level and tailoring his approach to fit individual learning styles, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.

In addition to managing The Dojo, Jason is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and is also the founder of the World Series of Jiu-Jitsu.

Join Jason and his dedicated business partner, Jacob Cho, in nurturing the next generation of confident, capable individuals ready to tackle life's challenges with strength and grace.
